I watched the video and noticed that there is an orientation problem. I added the rotation function to Circularize tool. Hope it helps.

IStonia, I press space, but nothing happen. Spacing style or Rotation does not work. What it can be?

While Spacing key is pressed, you need to drag the cursor to rotate. Or maybe you have changed the hotkey setting, Edit > Customize > Tools > Modeling Options > Streamline Tools Option Cycler. whose default hotkey is Space.

Why After I press space, circcle become not perfect? I rotate this circle but it is not perfect already.

tapping space will change the style of the spacing.
