Thanks Andrei for the reminder about this video. It was good to watch it again to refresh what each translate command does. The videos are great and really sped up the time its taken me to learn the software and your interface, so thanks for that.

Andrei

Just a question about Bridge & edge mode.

When I select the top edge of this shape to cap it and then hold down Y key, it immediately closes the shape. It does not give me options to use RMB or MMB or double click MMB. How does it work ?

You just created a lot of bridges, Becouse Y in edge mode when you select multiple edges will bridge them.
To cap this you have to select one edge and then Y+double MMB.

Ok I just tried.

I selected 1 of the 8 edges and then press Y+double MMB. Nothing happens. Should it create a single polygon (ngon) on top ?

I also tried selecting one edge and then holding Y with MMB & RMB but still got nothing.

Thanks Andrei, I get it now  :)

I was double clicking in the interface, I didn't realize you have to double click on the edge.

You used button? Buttons do not work this way, try to use always shortcuts.
That is why on every button written this is streamline tool, use shortcut :)

When you select and edge and double click MMB on the interface nothing happens.

When you select an edge and double click MMB on the edge it works as expected.

Its all sorted now, thanks for the video showing how to do it.

Go to the top section press RMB - Customize view, you will see this button:

Make it visible RMB - Button visible.

I hide it because it will mess views sometimes. Try it may be it will work good for you.

That is a really good tutorial, Thanks Andrei.

I've also been playing with the colors of your interface, trying to make it a little more interesting to look at (for myself). I came up with this based on the dark scheme.

Unfortunately, I can't make it exactly as I would like as I am limited what I can do by the hard coded colours of Light and Dark scheme.
