"Retopo reference list" and composite tools

I use retopo mode's surface snap whenever I need to punch some holes. Is it possible that "Enable retopo mode" (and a separate command to disable it), "Add from scene selection" and "Clear" (or, if possible, all commands from "Retopo Reference List") be made into commands which we could incorporate into composite tools?
Currently there's only "Toggle retopo mode enabled" available.
