Viewport Layouts

Hi!
Something fundamentally missing are viewport layouts. It can be as simple as these:
- Single View
- Horizontal Split
- Vertical Split
- 3 Views (Right)
- 3 Views (Left)
- 4 Views

And while we're at it, it would be nice to have the UV view displayable in one of the views. The UV specific toolbars would then have to move into the main window.

I personally don't need it at this time, but to have views available as floating windows could be of advantage, like for someone with multiple monitors.

Tiles already mentioned something about layout libraries, but I don't know if he meant the same. I assume he was including button layouts and that these advanced layouts could be saved.
