User Toolbars - duplicate toolbar?

Is there a way to duplicate a button, a group or a complete toolbar? The reason why i ask is that when i drag a button from one toolbar to another toolbar then the button gets completely moved. I wanted to keep one User Toolbar with all available buttons though. And creating the whole buttons for the working toolbars again takes ages.

You still have the 'Dingens' group. If you do Window > Collapse All Groups, you should be able to spot it.
