Hello.
What is the best way to do multipipe like Rhino?
Voronoi is an option ...but let say I have certain lines and want to joint them to look like Rhino one?

I would start with a several low polygon spheres and extrude faces then scale the extruded faces smaller on the ends to create the pointed spikey parts.
Use the bridge tool to join the spheres.
Finish with 2 levels of subd
I assume the user did it this way in Rhino as it supports mesh modelling and nurbs sub'd.
You can also view istonia's Voronoi tutorials which might also do what you want
