User Tool Windows without Scrollbars

The scrollbars in the User Tool Windows costs lots of space. And you may accidentally scroll your buttons away. I would love to have a way to turn them off.

If the buttons all fit in the tool_bar, then resizing the tool_bar to fit will remove the scroll-bars.

I currently do not have any scroll_bars on the user tool_bars

Not in all cases, unfortunately. It`s a bit of a drama to resize the toolbar to your needs. The moment when you scale it small enough that the vertical scrollbar disappears is the moment when the whole stuff may become smaller by one row. Which brings back the vertical scrollbar then. And you start form scratch. That`s why i ask for a way to remove them
