Equalize polygon size

Is there a way to equalize all selected polygons to similar size?

For example in bottom example I have multiple polys selected and would be awesome to do this with one button instead of manually approximating every single one.

Use this basic streamline tool, Local Scale Selection.
Once the tool is activated by mouse dragging, tap Alt+Space.
