Tooltips for all tools

Some tools lacks of tooltips. Which can be a tough thing with the partially odd tool namings of Nvil. May i request to add tooltips to all tools? That way it doesn`t matter what name a tool has. A short description explains what it is meant for.

Mh, tooltips can be added in several ways. In a popup window for example. Or in a status bar at the bottom of the software. That way the tooltips are not in the way like the ones in the popups. Maybe you can even make a customizable window for that. Which can be placed around, and be closed when not needed.
