Empty scene and "The current scene will be replaced..." warning

When i open Nvil it is empty. When i immediately load something then i get a not necessary warning. The current scene will be replaced ... Do you really want to continue ...

This warning shouldn`t appear with an empty unmodified scene. Is it possible to turn the warning off it for this case?

Connected to that, is it possible to turn off the warning completely somewhere? A option would be nice. When i want to load something there are two steps needed: To click at load, and to choose what i want to load. That`s already save enough. At least for me
