manipulator size?

I'm not sure what I did, but my manipulator is tiny. I'm not sure how to fix this, and none of my searches have yielded useful results (it doesn't help that google hates "nvil" and automatically filters everything to "anvil" haha).

Edit > Preference > General > Manipulator size.
