NVIL Won't run. Win 10 Pro WITHOUT Creators Update

Hi Istonia.

I can't believe...
I have a serious problem here with my brand new PC.

I have installed Win 10 Pro 64 bit with all normal updates but
WITHOUT THE TERRIBLE CREATORS UPDATE.

Then I've installed SlimDX library and finally I've downloaded NVIL and copied somewhere on my hd.

Now on this new PC both NVIL and R3F won't run.

Simply this is the displayed message (same thing for NVIL):




Please HELP.

Also please check your DirectX installation.

Check the Notes area at the bottom of the Sound1/Sound2 tab, and check that no problems are found.

I see "AAA", "BBB", "MMMM"
then...crashes.

Also I have checked my brand new system with the "dxdiag" command and all is OK.

All other Gfx software I have installed on my new PC work fine without any problem
(Moi, Rhino, Blender, and so on...) and I have a Gtx 1080 Ti with DirectX 12.

Only I don't have speakers linked to my PC so "dxdiag" says that I don't have any sound card,
but...I don't need a sound card to run Gfx software.

then...IT OPENS!!!

We're on the right track...I hope

But...as you can see from these images, the UI is weird and bad displayed,
please notice also the button's text, it's very bad.

Furthermore the viewports don't react to mouse command and when I press any key
I always get this error message :










Furthermore if I click the X window button NVIL won't close and I have to force its closing with
the Task Manager.

...Forgot to say...
My Windows have the stock display scaling of 100%, so the weird NVIL display issue
it's not up to Windows scaling.
