istonia can you make edge roundifier? its like circulize selection for the edge but it will be circulize base on edge normal direction.

so it will be easy to create interesting shape without boolean or anything else.
before that i use boolean and half circle curve to create that shape

in nvil i must cut the edge (adding vertex) and rotate.

Done.

  * A new option for subobject "Circularize_Selection" streamline basic tool. To cycle edge circle loop direction, tap Alt key.

Wow its amazing tool to create half-rounded objects, then extrude to get complex shapes! Thanks a lot for adding..

I create a plane, "divide" one edge with "cut" build in tool. Then circularize the edge and get half round objects or even more complex shapes.
But i cant create it on some planes if the initial edge is in another axis direction. If i tap "alt" i only have 2 possible directions for rounding edges. see pic 1

Is it possible to get this rounding effect also on planes that are positioned in another axis?

And is it possible to have the first direction of rounding effect-following the plane direction (like on the pic 1), if tool applied on one-sided object?
Currently i have to press 2x "alt" so it follows the direction of the plane..

Hey,

yes basically if i start with a plane that is not looking "up" i have only 2 possible rounding options. If starting plane is looking "up" i get 4 possible rounding options by typing "alt" key.
See pic 1

Here the picture for using this tool to create nice rounded complex objects:
see pic 2.

Its just amazing. The tool works really cool now!!!Thanks a lot Istonia!!

One thing i noticed, if i try to select polygons in this version (MAR-30-18), it does not work.
Just created a cube and try to select polygons using LMB and rectangle lasso.
The polygons get highlighted, if i hold mouse over and draw the lasso, but after releasing mouse nothing is selected. On the vertex and edge vertex mode it still works fine.
