I don't understand any words in these links and don't know where to get the information you provided.

You can already do this in Nvil. However it does not update as you tweak the vertices of the spline. In addition to SoftImage, DAZ Hexagon also has that ability, its a really useful feature.

These are all really good requests from Darcvizer and + 1 from me. I like using splines to model stuff also.

1.
In the first example he is asking for bezier handles to be added to splines. Bezier handles allow you to control the shape of the spline. They are standard in all 2D vector drawing packages such as Illustrator, Inkscape, DrawPlus, Xara etc. Nearly all 3d programs also have them with their spline objects. Nvil does not, making it difficult to control the profile/shape of the spline.

He wants to be able to select the sub part of a spline between two vertices (or the edge) so it can be manipulated with the normal transform tools.

3.
In the third example he is asking for history to be added to loft. So you create the splines that border the loft, then use loft to create the mesh. That part is already in Nvil. What is missing is that once the mesh is created he would like the ability to tweak the vertices of the spline and have the mesh update.

Also if you decide to do some work on splines, don't forget this request
I still really like to have this option with splines

  * Vertex Spline Modify tool is improved. Aixs Line no longer needs to be a two point straignt line. It can be a curve line. "Auto Align Start Position" option is added. For detail, see Help > Contents > Modeling > Vertex Section > Mesh Vertex > Spline Modify > Note > Auto Align Start Position.
  * A new streamline tool, Subobject Modify Spline Picker. Move cursor over the spline to highlight it. LMB click to link the current subobject selection to the spline. If the spline's shape is changed, the linked subobjects will be transformed accordingly. RMB click to delink the spline from any modify setup.

i test it istonia. in other software maya or xsi loft should be able to work more than two spline
