New Update
http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-May-14-15.rar
Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

Summary of changes:

  * Edit > Options > Set Organic Flag On New Primitive Created.
  * Edit > Options > Auto Subd Crease Enabled.
  * Edit > Reference > Options > Keep retopo reference list in scene explorer.
  * Edit > Preference > Colors > Form Color Scheme > Viewport Border.
  * Edit > Reference > General > Highlighted edge width.
  * Edit > Preference > Colors > Edge Colors > Hard Edge2. For unselected object hard edges display.
  * Subobject mode > Selection > Grow/Shrink > Grow Selection Within Hard Edge Boundary.
  * edge mode > Selection > Hard Edges Not Sud Creased.
  * edge mode > Selection > Loop Select Hard Edges.
  * Geometry > Common Commands n Tools > Set/Clear Object Organic Flag. If an object's organic flag is on, letter "O" will appear in the "Status" field in object list view.
  * PreferenceSettings_Colors.xml, UserButtonToolSettings_ColorsFonts.xml are added to config files. It is useful if some one want to use other people's config file but want to keep his own color scheme.
  * View > Windows > Retopo Reference List Window.
  * View > Object Shading > Show Hard Edges On Unselected.
  * File > Import Scene. The same as Open Scene but records and handles separate file format.
  * "Composite Tool Assignment Info" context menu item is added. Edit > Customize > Tools > composite tool > Right click.
  * "Execute" button is added to Composite tool content editing form. It makes it possible to test the result.
  * Some bug fixings.

Thanks!

What is with the "Object Organic Flag"?
I see option, for example, in the "Box Tool" for "Organic". I do not know what an "Organic Box" is in 3d modeling.

Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Set Object Organic Flag. Turn on object's organic flag which by default is off, and smooth the whole object. Once object's organic flag is on, the program will attemp to maintain all the edges smoothed during operations.

Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Clear Object Organic Flag. Turn off object's organic flag, and auto smooth the whole object base on smooth threshold angle set.

I will add the tool descriptions for this two commands.

Would it not be wise, at that time, to remove any current smooth_groups from object?
