1. When run Visual tool - Background Image, it is possible to enable Stream Line Move/scale/rotate? Now you have to use Manipulator but would be great instead use StreamLine.
Also what pivot is working with Image? Object/ Selection, Manual? Looks like I changed something now my Manipulator do not moves with image.

2. Now Image is always below objects, but can you pleas add option Above objects?
