Customize tools feature request.

Is it possible to add feature to Customize tools window - Double click in the search result to run command? ALso implement context menu from Search tool window?
Now to run command I have to use - Tool search window, but to customise - Customize tools window.
So if you add this feature we will no longer need - Tool search window. It will allow us to avoid open 2 windows for diffrent aims. We can do everything we need in one window - Customize tools window.
Also now you can not resize search result section so it will be good to add this feature, I showed it on screen.
You can rename this new window just to "Tools" and we will have one universal window.
Also now I can not find command to run Customize tools from shortcut. If so pleas add it just one shortcut to Show/Hide window.
