How to make subd edges visible? I mean for example I toggle subd+1 and want to see what edges it produce.

View > Object Shading > Object Individual Shading > Wire Mesh.

It is not what I wanted, it shows all triangles, and make object transparent. What I need is just when I pres toggle Sub D, it shows topology just as if it was subdevided and without triangles and not transparent.

I think the most close is use collapse sub/ control Z(Undo but still not same.
