Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

Summary of changes:

  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Subobject Shortcut Tools > P_Weld.
  * Rotation function is added to Circularize tool. Space-key + Mouse-drag to rotate. Since Space key has been used to toggle spacing style, you have to press Space key twice. When the spacing style is the one you want, keep pressing down Space key then drag to rotate.

IStonia, I press space, but nothing happen. Spacing style or Rotation does not work. What it can be?

Works for me, hold space down and drag with left mouse.
