Streamline Tools "On Release" Event Actions

Hey! I was toying around with the composite tools in conjunction with streamline tools and came to the conclusion, that it would be really helpful, if there were "on release" event actions for the tools of the mouse buttons, so "on release LMB tool"/"on release MMB tool" and so on.
Would that be possible without affecting the "On LMB/RMB/etc Click" event actions?

Because when building custom tools, sometimes I want to perform a chain of actions after I used the interactive tool.
