Two mouse bugs

Two mouse related bugs have been constantly popping up randomly.  At random times, sometimes after not even touching the mouse, Nvil is acting like I'm holding the middle mouse button and will paint select faces as I move my mouse over my mesh until I press the middle mouse button, this stops it.  Also the marque selection just freezes at times, and by that I mean I go to marque select a component and it leaves the box as I drew it but wont react until I click with my left mouse button, then I can proceed to reselect the component.

I don't believe it's my mouse because I tested a secondary one and had the same errors.

It does not happen to me. Maybe it is related to a particular operation. See if you can recreate the bug.
