1. Create several objects in a scene.
2. Hide some of them.
3. Select one of unhidden objects and perform Toggle unselected object visibility
4. Deselect the object.
5. Perform Toggle unselected object visibility twice. The object will be hidden and shown again.
6. Select the object.
7. Perform Toggle unselected object visibility to return from isolation mode.
All objects in the scene will be unhidden (even those from point 2).

It is intentional, not a bug. Have a read of this tool's description.

Hello.
The description of this command states:
Quote
When this command is executed, if there are any unselected objects, the program will remember them in a list and then hide them. When this command is executed again, if there is no unselected visible object, the program will only unhide those objects in the memory list so other hidden objects will still remain hidden.
This I understand. When I am at, let's call it an "isolation mode", deselect everything and toggle unselected objects visibility, the list in the memory gets overwritten by the object(s) I have currently unselected. But why does it unhide every single object in the scene after I re-select my isolated object(s) and leave the isolation mode by invoking the toggle unselected objects visibility once again? It's troublesome because when you have a couple dozens of hidden construction curves and other stuff suddenly popping out, you have to hide them again and it takes some time.

This of course occurs only when one is in isolation mode and happens to deselect his object(s) and invoke the toggle command twice and then reselects the object(s) only to return from isolation with a third command call. Otherwise, it works as expected.

Such thing doesn't happen in Max, Maya. Objects hidden before entering into isolation mode will remain hidden after leaving it no matter what user does.
