'Select Key' screen needs vertical scrollbar

In the select key window, when assigning a hotkey to some operation, there's a lower area that shows a list with operations that already use some of the keys as well. I suggest that area gets a vertical scrollbar to indicate, that there's more, if the list is longer than the view's height.
