Summary of changes:

  * Some bug fixings.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > WMB zoom at cursor.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > Even edge Spacing on crease subd.
  * Edit > Preference > General > Manipulator size.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > Hide Manipulater on viewport navigating.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > P_AutoSmooth_Whole.
  * View > Display > Heads Up Display > Show Subd Level.
  * Edit > Preference > Colors > Edge Colors > Creation.
  * Geometry > Common Commands n Tools > Random Move Vertex.
  * Edit > Preference > Colors > Manipulator Colors.
  * New function for "Set Manipulator" Streamline tool. LMB+RMB to set to selection center.

How it works?
Make sure the new option is enabled. Mark edges in subd mode (use level 3 or more for better result) and use Edge Shortcut Tools->Crease Subdivision to set the weight of the creases. Collapse geometry to see the result. Compare with the original algorithm.

This option looks like a fix for severe edge pinching around subd creases.

Original SubD creases (w=0.95):



Even edge spacing (w=0.95):



For comparison - OpenSubdiv in Houdini (w=3.5):

Thank you for explanation.
But what is the use of this? It not creates nice creased edges.

It does, but the example was on the extreme side.
Here's a better one, with 1.0 creases and a comparison to the old creasing method.
