Greatest Updates!
SubD Heads Up super!
Edit > Preference > Options > Even edge Spacing on crease subd.
How it works?

Edit > Preference > Options > Even edge Spacing on crease subd.
How it works?
Make sure the new option is enabled. Mark edges in subd mode (use level 3 or more for better result) and use Edge Shortcut Tools->Crease Subdivision to set the weight of the creases. Collapse geometry to see the result. Compare with the original algorithm.
This option looks like a fix for severe edge pinching around subd creases.
Original SubD creases (w=0.95):

Even edge spacing (w=0.95):

For comparison - OpenSubdiv in Houdini (w=3.5):

Thank you for explanation.
But what is the use of this? It not creates nice creased edges.

It does, but the example was on the extreme side.
Here's a better one, with 1.0 creases and a comparison to the old creasing method.
