Here is the current set-up i use in voidworld, which is very silo like with the addition of some radial menus and some improvements to workflow.

Made Updates to my config.

changed my snapping tool to shift+s

fixed the symmetry tool after the last update and bound it to C

and added some more radial menus

control+1 gives a radial for rendering options
control+2 gives a radial for showing and hiding parts of the UI

shift+rmb is the tools radial
control+rmb is now the selection radial
control+shift+rmb is no for commands.

Question :

I have downloaded and installed this config. I like the idea of having the visual tools selections in the main window, but I also like having the full Visual Tools window on the side because of all the options available there.
My question is

Is there a way to have the Visual Tools Selections at the bottom of the main window and also have the full Window on the side as well ?

I find it a little annoying when I scroll down to a selection then have to scroll all the way to the top again to make a selection of  Vertices, Edge, Face etc:

in the customize tools window you can export your binds to a txt file to print.

but also what your looking for, in the default VW config is actually just the first 5 number keys to switch component types, or if your using my configs it is

 A Vert
 S Edge
 D Face
 F Object
 G Mesh

so those keys should be easy to remember since there all in a line and your basic tools like selection, move, scale, and rotate are all in a other line of keys above those ones. on

 Q Selection
 W Move
 E Scale
 R Rotate

my config is more oriented to using key commands and radial menus and i personally have never using the visual tools panel in VW.
