Hi, IStonia. Gathered some suggestions from personal feelings and experience, maybe would be great to add something of this. If you have time, possibility and desire of course. Sorry if missed something already existing
1. Make the programm smoothier if possible - optimize tools and switching between them, make performance faster. While modeling there is almost always a little microlag (~0.1-0.5 sec). I know it is not a bug, the programm is "thinking", and it is not too long, but in working process it is a little annoying and creates frictions in modeling flow when you work really fast. Maybe I'm too picky, sorry, I just have to work with several programs and I notice it well in contrast. I know the technology the program is based on may be quite outdated, and it may can not be improved. But if anything can be done about it, I'd be happy. I showed it in the video below with Weld, Harden/Soften, Normal_Move tool and Alt (rotating viewport), but it happens with various tools, sometimes even with subobject switching or simple move tool (maybe it causes complex geometry)

2. Ability to rotate viewport, change move/rotate/scale manipulators when in Boolean Stack window and in all of this kind of windows. As well as snapping objects
3. We have "Triangulate" button. Would be great to have "Detriangulate" or "Quadrify" as well, to turn tris to quads
4. Double Clicking or F2 on an object in Scene Explorer renames it
5. Hide multiple selected objects in Scene Explorer with Shift + MMB (or whatever hotkey)
6. Smart Shell (if possible ofc) that unknots messy vertices like p_chamfer (expandable) in boolean stack tool
7. Make P_Chamfer Edge to work with objects enabled symmetry
8. Custom num values then scaling/rotating/moving could be added with numpad
9. Im not sure of this, but maybe add a gizmo in "Draw Mesh" mode? Inconvenient to rotate circles for me
10. (screenshot) Smoothier viewport colors gradient. Now it is too jaggy
11. I love the feature that allows to extrude/delete/chamfer a subobject without it being selected (with only hovering mouse on it). Would be great to make more tools with it. For example, Soften/Harden in my work executes so frequently that I would love to have that possibility with this command

13. Object creation on Subobject Selection. Cant create one adjustable, only with previous settings. Here is the video, maybe I misunderstand something

14. Draw semi-circle in DrawMesh
15. Newely created primitives with radial menu are scaled fitting screen. If no subobject is selected they are automatically placed in x:0 y:0 z:0 (option in preferences)
16. Mouse cursor remains its position after selecting a radial menu item, not returning in the center of the radial menu. It is confusing a little, personally cant get used to it after 170h
17. (screenshot) Collapse weld vertices to the center. Now it collapses to last selected vertice. Or maybe tell me how to collapse it all to the center
18. Difference between 1 and 2 of "Edge with selected object" thickness in preferences is huge. 1 is too thin, 2 is too thick. Maybe it would be good to have something in between. Or it is has something with my 4K monitor resolution again
19. "Render Edges With Specified Color In Object Mode" with "Show Edges On Unselected" makes all objects with the same edge color, even inactive. It makes unclear what object I selected and what object is inactive
20. Add highlighted edge width option for hard and open edges in preferences
21. A tool to make spline between to selected subobjects (to make instant plugged cables for example)
22. (screenshot) "Change segments on the fly" Tool. It allows to adjust segments on curved surfaces. It would be handy in gamedev pipelines. It not just doubles segments - the tool is flexible and can change from 6 to 9 or 16 for example. Especially would be great to change cylindric object segments on the fly
23. An option to soften edges in subd mode and return its hard edges back when exiting subd mode.
P.S. Found View > Object Shading > Normal/Sharp/Smooth Edge Options > Sharp Edges Off on Subd Mesh. But it doesnt work for me, edges are still sharp on subd mesh, maybe bug
24. Add a checkbox in Preferences to use LoopCut in every subobject mode, or to automatically switch to edge mode when using LoopCut (or make it work in every subobject mode). Now I handled it with a little bit awkward Composite Tool, but looks like it would be great to have an option to this in preferences for everyone
25. Add a checkbox in Preferences (or whatever) to switch from subobject mode to object mode by tapping the same button (for example, 1) again. Now it switches to previous subobject mode, but personally I never use it that way and just automatically press number corresponding to the subobject mode to switch to it
26. Add "Scale Only" Reset Element in "Reset Object Base" command
27. UV Relax tool looks outdated and often performs badly. Would be great to have a button that instantly unwrapps with decent algorithm like other softwares can.

** I don't have the problem showed in the video in my testing and there is no blinks on the two controls. Does it also happen if you just work on a simple box? Can you send me your setting files? File > Open User Settings Folder. info@digitalfossils.com.

** Help > Contents > Modeling > Edge Section > Edge Commands > Slash Select.

** You can click the object name then click again and hold for about one second. The object will be in edit mode once mouse button released.

** "View > Object Shading > Normal/Sharp/Smooth Edge Options > Sharp Edges Off on Subd Mesh" works fine on me. You may have this option checked, Edit > Preference > Option 2 > Subdivistion smoothing same as base mesh?

** It is fixed in the latest version you received.

1. Sent you my user settings. Yes, microlags appear on a simple box as well. Even switching between Select and Move tool causes a little microlag
3. So that's what it's called here. Understood
4. Guess double clicking would be more convenient, but ok
23. You`re right. Unchecked "Subdivision smoothing same as base mesh" and now in works fine, thanks
16. Checked, radial menu behaves better now, indeed

A: The streamline Harden/Soften edge tool now works on highlighted edge.

A: Set the cap segment to 0.

A: After chosing the subobject selection option, click the "Create" button, @0:40.
Alternatively, you can enable snapping then manually create the primitive using the snapping point's location and orientation.

A: Fixed. In vertex mode, to weld vertices to a particular vertex position, select that vertex to make it as the last selected vertex in the selection.

A: The edge width value now is used in that way.

A: "Object Mode (inactive)" color option is added.

A: Edit > Preference > General > Highlighted Hard/Open edge width.

Sorry, my fault, I wrote it wrong. NOT highlighted edge width for hard and open edges to see it more clearly if a user don`t wanna use specific colors for hard or open edges. If you want to keep all edges black for example but be able to see hard and open edges by it`s thickness
