Hi, IStonia. Noticed the bug which causes select or deselect while holding alt - paning or rotating viewport

You may not need to uncheck this option for dark scheme, Edit > Preference > Colors > Form Color Scheme > Use Visual Style Back Color.

Nothing changes for me if I check or uncheck "Use Visual Style Back Color"
Only "Enable Visual Style" turns checkboxes to gray on gray colors which is not quite readable for me

I just notice your "Enable Visual Style" was disabled. Try enable it.

Enabled and restarted. Looks like that, seems it is how it should be according to your video
