5. Sometimes vertices doesn`t weld. Just nothing happens. It happens frequently in cases where I join two meshes and try to weld vertices on poles

Separate objects need to be merged before welding.In the polygon split options, click on "show full options" to see all options available.
Use the "Combine(Merge Meshes)" command instead. This will combine them into one mesh.
