1. Sometimes there is a bug, where I can`t use NMB actions in Bridge and other Streamline Tools - program restart or reassign on LMB only helps
2. Manual Manipulator Setting tool doesn`t assign hotkey on mouse
3. Subobject Tools >> Subobject_NormalMove doesn`t work with NMB on multiple edge select
4. StreamLine Engine Tools >> Snap Selection can rotate weirdly with multiple clicks on a same face
https://youtu.be/vneXw9nnmks
5. Sometimes vertices doesn`t weld. Just nothing happens. It happens frequently in cases where I join two meshes and try to weld vertices on poles
6. (screenshot) Somehow I have broken my UI. Besides, would be great to remove white colors with dark themes, they are not fit here
7. Edge Color (Active 2) Settings always revert back after program relaunch
8. After Edge manipulations like Edge Strip/ Chamfer or Weld hard edges become soft

---1. Sometimes there is a bug, where I can`t use NMB actions in Bridge and other Streamline Tools - program restart or reassign on LMB only helps
A: It could be a bug. It would be helpful for fixing it if you can find a way the can recreate the bug.

---2. Manual Manipulator Setting tool doesn`t assign hotkey on mouse
A: Manipulation > Set Manipulator(Visual).

---3. Subobject Tools >> Subobject_NormalMove doesn`t work with NMB on multiple edge select
A: It works fine on my checking.

---4. StreamLine Engine Tools >> Snap Selection can rotate weirdly with multiple clicks on a same face
---https://youtu.be/vneXw9nnmks
A: The tool is improved. But you may need to exit object subdivision before doing the snapping to get your result. It works on subdivided elements in subdivision surfaces.

---5. Sometimes vertices doesn`t weld. Just nothing happens. It happens frequently in cases where I join two meshes and try to weld vertices on poles
Q: Can you show it in a video?

---6. (screenshot) Somehow I have broken my UI. Besides, would be great to remove white colors with dark themes, they are not fit here
A: View > Windows > Appearance > Toggle All windows Caption Visibility.

---7. Edge Color (Active 2) Settings always revert back after program relaunch
A: Fixed.

---8. After Edge manipulations like Edge Strip/ Chamfer or Weld hard edges become soft
Q: Can you show it in a video?

Some bugs are hard to recreate. I`ll record a video, when I find out exactly how they appear
6. (screenshot) Toggle All windows Caption Visibility helped with windows, but this bug is still appears

There appears to of been a change (bug)
In earlier versions of Nvil, The "Hard Edge threshold Angle" limit would cause any edge under that angle to be set as hard. In the latest version, that appears to of been reversed, and any edge angle over that limit is set as hard.
So in the example you show with extrude, the angle would need to be set under 90.

Which weld tool?
It may just be a case of you needing to add a weld threshold.

Yes, this setting been changed to the reverse since a post complaining not being intuitive, Edit > Preference > General > Hard Edge Threshold Angle(Default value: 35).

I've found it easiest to track down bugs by recording your whole modelling session. You can then look back through the video to see what you were doing prior to the bug showing up which can often give clues as to what caused it.

I`ll play around with hard edge threshold angle values, but it is weird that with 145 angle extruded edges are soft, but when I use Autosmooth Whole with the same value - edges become hard

The "Auto Smooth Whole" still uses the old value. Changing this behavior would cause problems for people who have set up composite tools with this tool. So, I just leave it as is.

Weld to Nearest and Weld Tool. Apparently it happens when I detach a face and attach it again in the same place. It is a fresh scene, only boolean stack was applied, but it`s not because of boolean - I tested

With the split option you are using, you are creating a new separate object. Separate objects need to be merged before welding.
In the polygon split options, click on "show full options" to see all options available.

I combined objects at 0:09

Use the "Combine(Merge Meshes)" command instead. This will combine them into one mesh.

Thanks, that helped
