WMB Up and Down Simulator doesn`t show in the Smart tips

... and from what i can see this tools are disfunctional too. But i don`t even know for what they are meant. So i dunno. I can press the corresponding hotkeys as long as i want, nothing changes. In no mode.

I used to always use a Trackball rather than a mouse, so no mouse wheel, so those options would of been helpful then. As it is now, I have a mouse wheel so do not use those options.

The WMB (Wheel Mouse Button) simulator simulates the up/down[scrolling) of the mouse wheel. So if you do not have a mouse wheel, various tools/function that use that can still be used fully.

By default, the "WMB up/down simulator" are disabled. Go into "Edit > Customize > Tools > Common shortcut tools". There you can enable the functions and (if wanted) add them to the SmartTips.
