Circularize Streamline Caps Lock?

I was following Andrei's tutorial on making a Streamline tool for Circularize here:

I was successful in creating the Streamline tool, but for the life of me, I cannot get the 'Caps Lock' function to work to have the flat circle follow the curvature of the sphere. It seems the Streamline tool shuts off after I release the hotkey, so pressing Caps Lock does nothing. But if I keep my finger on my keyboard short cut and press my hotkey, still nothing. Am I missing something?

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. I have to keep the left mouse button pressed while pressing Caps Lock to effectuate the change.
