Custom toolbars that the user can create and handle would be something i would love to see. With adding custom icons, with adding custom names, with adding custom tooltips, with a way to add all possible tools including streamline tools to it, placable and dockable. So that you can create your own GUI. Yeah, this would be a dream.

Yes i know, will most likely not happen. I know the effort behind. Nevertheless, this would be really nice to have. Even in a ways more restricted way :)

What drives me here is that i am still a bit unhappy about the Nvil GUI. It`s too cluttered and unhandy here and there. The toolboxes are too big and space eating, even at my 1920x1080 screen. I could never work at a lower resolution with Nvil. Like my Notebook. And i would love to have a way to have even more ways of customizing than what is currently available.

I would certainly like to see a tool_bar for the snap settings, rather than (or an addition to) the current drop down snap settings.
I noticed on some old vids made, that the snap settings used to be shown on the bottom UI, but at sometime they have been removed.

That`s a really nice addition. Many thanks for that. It will surely keep me busy for a longer time to create my custom toolbars :)

Mh, may i nevertheless ask for a cleanup of the standard UI here and there? It`s simply too space wasting by too big gaps between the buttons and edit boxes, and the current arrangement. Plus you still cannot resize the content.

Another thought, have you thought of a way to share such toolbars? Or do every user need to recreate the toolbar then?

I forgot to mentioned that in customization mode, you can lmb drag to relocate group/button within or crossing groups/windows.
