Hi IStonia,

Fill Jagged Border Edges can be quite useful but it will be great if it could be expanded to work on vertex level, in the video it require only a vertex selection to perfom the action. After it's done, it will also automatically select the vertex on the corner, allowing user to repeat the action.

I think it can also be expanded to work on more situations than those above.. it will be quite helpful in retopo.

Also, for me I think the difference between Fill Jagged Border Edges and F3 is F3 is focused on creating one polygon, but it is easier to use because need less selection and works on many situations.

The feature is implemented into "Fill Jagged Border Edges". Here is the new tool tip.

When you select edges in a corner or a recess, then it extrudes the selected edges by faces, taking the current mesh shape into account. It is also possible to fill a concave corner with one polygon by a vertex selected or highlighted at or next to the corner.

The feature is also packed into Draw Mesh's Mesh_Cut RMB tool. And it has an automatic behavior when you keep holding the RMB down. Have fun!

Much Thanks IStonia!

I played with it a bit and it works awesome! I wasn't expecting it but putting it on Mesh_Cut is also a very good idea. I hope to use the new tools and retopo the female head again, hope to be able to cut down the retopo time and record a new video.. previous one is too long I think, haven't found the time yet but the work I am working on going to end soon.

Thanks!
