The soft selection tool works great.
Would it be possible to make a brush tool with soft selection enabled and a circle
icon instead of a manipulator?

The way it would work is by selecting the brush tool it will automatically enable soft selection and I can click on the surface of the mesh to manipulate the vertices by dragging the brush tool. Similar to the manipulator except easier to use for organic modeling.

The fallof can appear as a HUD display when using the brush.
The tools are there, but creating a brush tool to manipulate the objects surface will be a huge time saver!

What version are you using? Have you tried the latest one?

There are quite a few improvements and new features in current development and the new features are only available in some development and debug threads. Hopefuly I can make an offical release soon.

OK that will be great, currently I'm unable to use the October nvil. My nvil was installed through steams client and therefore did not require a registration key.

My installation of Jun 16 works fine though.

You can replace the related files with this one in your Steam folder.

Make sure you create a copy of the original before replacing, in case something may go wrong.

Thank you!
I found the tweak window and I'm impressed.
It has the brush tool, only it's called move, and more.

Happy Halloween!
