Hi,
Is it maybe possible to call and close "object library" with a hotkey?
Its really useful tool, in some sessions i save a lot of assets, but i cant leave it open on the side, because then main window is blocked until i choose one mesh.
It would already help to call and close it with a hotkey, so there will be no need to go always over "FILE" menu.
(And maybe a hotkey possibility for "Save to Library" , so it opens save dialog)

Thanks in advance.

Try this
http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-Nov-02-17.rar

You can bind keys to the two commands. To close, Esc/Enter key.

Also can you check this
  * Subobject mode > Selection > Symmetrize Selection.
  * Edge mode > Geometry > Convert Selected To UV Seams.

I was traveling so i could first test it now. Its amazing!!! thanks a lot, Library stuff works perfect!!

To the two other points:
"Symmetrize Selection" works! Does that supposed to be a temporary mirror, right? It works of course only on symmetrical objects.

"Convert Selected To UV Seams" works but if you use it again on the seam edge again it kill all seams on the object. Is it possible to turn seam also in viewport on?
(I can remember to asked for a time, but that was somehow hidden, until you go it special uv mode, Right?)

I don't know what you mean by "temporary mirror.

Yes, it is hidden deep in the UV Map tool.

I use a lot "SymmetryCut_WorldSpace_..." if i want symmetry is applied.
But the this new feature"Symmetrize Selection" works!, of course on symmetrical objects.

It can be used to create symmetrical UV seams.

  * Edge mode > Geometry > Convert Selected To UV Seams.
Works! I tested on couple of objects.

  * View > Object Shading > Show UV Seam.
Amazing! That works.

Edge mode > Geometry > Convert Selected To UV Seams
Works!

Is there a option to delete seams globally? Like if you select object, "clean all seams".

Because on more messy objects, select all edges to delete all seams, is quite slow. It could be also the same button"Remove UV Seams From Selected Edges", but if used in object mode it can kill all seams. Or a separate button/tool...

For "Remove UV Seams From Selected" tool, if no edge selection, all UV seams will be removed.

"Remove UV Seams From Selected"

Yes Works Nice! It could be also accessible from every mode(vertex, edge, face, object etc).
Currently you have to switch to edge mode, otherwise tool doesn't work.

Are there some plans to introduce some Auto Uv solutions like uvmaster in zbrush?^^

Try this
http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-Nov-10-17.rar

* Geometry > Common Commands n Tools > Remove UV Seams. Remove UV seams base on subobject selections. If not in subobject modes or no subobject selection present, all UV seams on the selected objects will be removed.

Hi ,

Is it maybe possible,of cource if you have time, to add object library as a part of UI interface? Like for example with "material library". That would be really cool, especially if starting Nvil it could be already open like "material Library" that i have always on the right side.

However the object library its already amazing, i use it very often to save a lot of stuff for later use.

Thanks in advance
