[Fixed] Composite Tools

A new issue with Composite Tools (Sep-20-17 test build)

A composite tool is renamed the same as an existing composite tool, and all tools contained within all current composite tool are placed into the renamed composite.

As example.
I had 7 composite tools.
I added another composite tool.
I added that new composite tool to a user button. Worked OK.
I exited Nvil, and reopened later.
The new composite tool I added is now renamed as one of the others. All composite tool entries(commands) are now moved to that renamed composite tool.

So I now have 7 empty composite tools, with one (renamed)composite tool with all the commands from all of the composite tools.

It is looking like the config may of been corrupted by previous(last) version, and showing the issue above after starting/exiting Nvil with that config.

I will need to start the config again and see what happends.

It was not a corrupted config causing issue. It is nvil latest test build.

To test I:-

Created 4 simple composite tools (each was a simple(one entry of) P_Create"), name them.
Created user window/user buttons, and added the composite tools (one button for each composite tool).
On testing buttons/bindings.
First problem, was one of the composite tools was forcing popup of paremeter input window, although parameters in composite tool correct (bug seen previously)
On exiting/restarting Nvil, one of the composite tools has been renamed, and all composite tools command entries have been moved to that renamed composite tool. So now 3 empty composite tools and one composite tool with 4 entries.

On another test.
New default config.
I created 4 composite tool. In each composite tool I added one entry/command.
Exit/restart Nvil, and as above, all commands now in a renamed composite tool.
