Key Chart Layout Customization - buggy

This tool seems quite buggy for me.  Quite often NVil will lose my keyboard customization and I go to check the Key Chart Layout Customization and it will no longer recognize certain key presses like \ - backslash.

If I try to reconfigure that key in the chart it will give me an error

Key name \ is used more than once.

Now I can't find where it is used more than once in the layout and I've checked multiple times.

does anyone else experience this or am I alone?

It is possible you have assign the same key to two buttons but with different text. I have improved it so you can tell the problem from highlighted buttons.

hmm, I checked through every visible button on that layout chart to see if I had duplicated items but there was nothing matching.

This seems to be a problem with ` and \
I haven't checked many other keys like ' ; / . , as I rarely use them (most of my hotkeys are down the left side of the keyboard as that is where the left Alt navigation key is.

Only if you can show it in a video or some images how you did it, Or I can't tell what could be wrong.
