Default config conflict

Default config:- Conflict

Creating Primitives. (other Short Cuts), *Finish and close tool:RMB click

Default config. RMB click = Radial Menu >> Default RMB Activation Enabled

So when attempting to close primitive tool with RMB, you get Radial menu.

You should not have conflicts in default config.

I just added another option for closing the tool, Ctrl+Alt+RMB.
