Not sure if this is due to a windows update but I've confirmed on multiple windows 10 pc's here at work that the RENDER OFFSET function is no longer working in retopo mode.
I thought it might be caused by my config file but I've tried on a clean PC running the same version of windows 10 and it still has the same issue.
This is preventing me doing any retopo work in nVil at the moment, so I'd really appreciate it if you'd take a look into this for me.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply Kun, unfortunately that has made no difference. The Z render offset only seems to effect the edge rendering not the faces.

Try this
1.Open folder: Application folder\Media\Character\Effects.
2.Select each .fx file. Right click and unblock.

----
Also run this version and see if you can see an error message.

----
Also check if c++ vs2010 installed.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0\VC\VCRedist\x64]
Installed = 1

Not sure what you mean when you say "unblock" those .fx files, I don't have any option to unblock the in the right click menu in windows explorer.
I saw no error messages when running the modified version you provided.
I don't have an entry for VC\Runtime under 10.0 in regedit but there is one under the 14.0\VC (see attached image).

You need to download and install c++ vs2010 runtime.

I installed that earlier, it made no difference :/

-Update#1
Actually I was mistaken, the installer errored out because I already had a newer version installed.

-Update#2
Uninstalled the version I already had and installed the version of vcredist that you linked to. Still no change.

In polygon mode, select some polygons. What is the color of the selected polygons?
