Crash on Startup after Installing Windows Creator Update

Anyone else seeing a crash on startup after installing the Windows Creator update? It's going out to everyone on the 11th, but I pulled it down a bit early and I'm paying the price apparently. I get a "stopped working" error.

I have installed the SlimDX runtime, and have even tried uninstalling/reinstalling it. I've also updated all of my drivers as I saw somewhere on here that it could be related to the audio drivers. I ran it with process monitor, and I do get a bunch of access denied errors related to sound (all related to OpenRegKey), but when running as Administrator I don't see that, but still get the crash.

Any ideas on other things to try?

Hi, i changed to win 10 yesterday and now have the same problem with starting NVIL. I see Anvil and then it "stop working" I used NVil-Mar-24-17 version. The problem : i purchased NVIL (2 month ago) via paypal and not over steam. How i can fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Ah i think i downloaded the false version. that was http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-W10-Debug-Steam.rar
. I will try this version today http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/NVil-W10-Debug-16.rar.

I will release it as official version in a couple of days if no more error is reported.
