Fourms Updates

Made some security updates and patched a few things to try and fix the little bot problem i have been having.

so if anyone notices any issues please post and let me know.

in theory there should be no issues, but i did replace a lot of code and set most permissions pretty strict on the server.

finally got to writing a proper style for the forums instead of just using a stock one that came with smf.

if anyone spots any problems just let me know and i will fix them next time i update.
