Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX)

Summary of changes:
* Edit > Customize > Tools > Rendering Options > Sharp Edges On Open/Merge/Import.
* View > Attach Lights To Viewport Camera (AllViews).
* View > Detach Lights Off Viewport Camera (AllViews).
* Manipulation > Use Object Orientation in Subobject Snapping.
* Instance can be used to create mirror instance.
* Edit > Options > Object Occlusion Selection Enabled.
* Edit > UndoRedo Options > Keep Object Selections In Separate Stack.
* Edit > Undo Object Selection.
* Edit > Redo Object Selection.
* Edit > Preference > Options1 > Auto set navigation space on "Snap View" base on workplane visible status.
* Geometry > Create > Lathe(Simple)
* A new basic streamline tool, Mixed Tools > Spline(Circle/Rectangle). Create Circle/Rectangle splines.
* Some improvement in spline creation tool. To draw vertically/Horizontally/X, press down Shift key. To draw with angle constraint using Angle Step setting value, press down Ctrl or Ctrl+Shift key.

Thankyou for this one, it was a personal request and will speed up my workflow greatly.
Edit > Preference > Options1 > Auto set navigation space on "Snap View" base on workplane visible status.
