Menus in Radial Menus do not work anymore

All menus existing in Radial Menus won't work anymore. When I hover the cursor over them, they do not open.

Looks like there was a regression and View Navigation Tools->Snap View (Orthographic) no longer toggles between snapped ortho and unsnapped perspective views in this NVil version.

That is a bug fix, so that the option "Peferences > Options(1) > Directional othographic view rotation locked" actually locks the otho view from rotation.

If you want similar function, use another tool, or use attached composite tool. (Note: composite tool attached using "Boolean_Variable_30$")

I just added an option or I may get more complain in later time.

  * Edit > Preference > Options1 > Viewport Navigation > Ignore "Directional orthographic view rotation locked" in "Snap View"". By default it is On.

Thank you both, guys. I'm currently using Steve's composite tool, but will also check out this new option.
