Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 4 download)

Summary of changes:
 
  * View > Object Shading > Preview On View Navigating > Show Mesh On Preview.
  * Rotation function is added to tube create visual tool and slide tool.
  * Double click a spline object will change to vertex mode.
