Topic: Viewport glitching out on Dell XPS15  (Read 4082 times)

The viewport flickers really badly when using nvil on my Dell XPS 15 with either 960m gpu or the ingegrated intel graphics. It only happens as my cursor moves within the 3d viewport and not within any other UI panels.

I don't exactly know what causes the flickers. Looks like it is not something I can fix within the program.

It could be some issues about direx9 support in your graphic card. But I don't know any information of how to check it.

Hmmm, not sure, the only thing I can compare it to is Maya 2016 running with both directx 11 and OpenGL viewport on the same machine with no issues. If you think of anything specific that you want me to test that might help us track this down let me know.

Try update your graphic card driver.

The other thing you can do is go to the graphic card manufacturer website and see if you can get help from there.
