Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 4 download)

Summary of changes:

  * "IF statement" is added to composite tool.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Activate Default StreamLine Tool.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Set Default StreamLine Tool.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > State Tools > ...
  * StreamLine tool's Click and Mouse-Up event control is modified.  If click is assigned and fired, mouse-up will be dismissed. So you can assign the two events and you have the control of which one you want to fire. For example, assume you assign A to click and B to mouse-up. To fire A, you click. Make sure you have set the "StreamLine click event timing". To fire B, you press down and hold for a certain amount of time, 1 second maybe, then release mouse button.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Widows > P-Show/Hide User Group. "Get Group ID" is added to user tool window context menu.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Windows > P_Show/Hide User Button. "Get Button ID" is added to user tool window context menu.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Shortcut Tools > Show Message.
  * User tool window context menu > Button > Set As Active Tool Display Button.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > Active tool name viewport display enabled/Active tool name display near pivot.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > Drop streamline tool by key/button will activate last streaml ine tool.
  * View > Object Shading > Preview On Viewport Navigating > Hide HUD On Preview > Hide View Type Labels On Preview.
  * For User windows, if scroll bars are hidden, there are three ways to scroll: 1. Scroll mouse wheel. 2. LMB drag group title. 3. LMb drag buttons over 12 pixels.
  * View > Object Shading > Preview On Viewport Navigating > Sharp Edge Style Rendering Disabled On Preview.
  * Edit > Options > Sharp Edges On New (Organic) Objects.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > use LMB+RMB for pan view.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > Common Shortcut Tools > P_Viewport Color, Reset Viewport Color1, Reset Viewport Color2, Reset Viewport Border Color, Reset Form Back Color.
  * Visible condition statement is added to user button customization.
  * Edit > Customize > Tools > View Navigation Tools > Custom View (Orthographic).
  * Edit > Preference > Colors > Viewport Colors.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > Show HUD in biggest viewport.
  * Edit > Preference > Options > Orthographic viewport gradient back color enabled.
  * Some behavior changes for streamline tool to alow more selection operations performed without dropping the streamline tool. See, Help > Contents > Modeling > StreamLine Tools > Perform Selection Operations Within StreamLine Tool.
