I've setup my hotkeys, streamline tools and radial menus on my laptop and I want to transfer over to my Desktop, but I can't figure out how to do it without redoing everything.  Is there an easy way of doing this?

Somewhere in your user's documents folder should be a NVil User Settings folder which contains the config files. What I always do is, go to Edit>>Preferences and in the menu bar click on Special Options and then select >User Settings folder in application folder<. If there already is a User Settings folder in your application folder it will make a backup of it. Now you just need to copy all the files to the User Settings folder on your desktop PC.
