In object mode "Combine" all objects, change to polygon mode and set "smooth groups", change back to object mode and "Split"

Update:-

In case you missed it. A new "Smooth All" command as been added.

"Common Modeling Shortcut Tools > Smooth all"

Which will do want you are looking for. Select all objects and "Smooth All"

Could you pleas add command like Smooth All, but Auto Smooth All.

Create/use a composite tool.

Example:-

The "P_Autosmooth(*)" is used to set angle required for smoothing. Currently set as 45. Change as required.
With above composite, select all objects to autosmooth, run composite tool.

Composite tool attached if wanted.
