If, when using "Instance radial array" you use object pivot for orientation, but then also use "Maintain orientation" then all instance will be created at same location/orientation as source.

I have been looking at the "Instance Radial".
Either the option "Use object Pivot" was never fully integrated with that function, or "Instance Radial" is broken.

The thing si that with object pivot I can set pivot to the center of the object than move pivot in one of axis and create perfect circle. But with manual Pivot I can not make perfect circle becouse I can not set it to the center of object. (I do not use radia array it hat situation when source object stay in center)

When using object pivot as the radiant center, the pivots of the source and the instances have the same location which is the radiant center. In this case, if "Maintain Orientation" is checked, all the objects will be in the same location and have the same pose.
